In 1-1 sessions with David we explore aspects of Yoga that are beneficial to you. This could be mastering a particular Yoga posture or learning new sequences, or perhaps there is a particular health challenge that you would like addressing. Gentle Yoga looks after all the systems of your body, bringing you into a state of good health. When the body feels good the mind follows suite and vice versa.
Through different breathing techniques, gentle movement and nourishing thoughts, both body and mind come into a state of balance where the beauty of life begins to unfold. All sessions include deep relaxation which help body and mind to rest in a state of peace.
Each session lasts about 90 minutes and are run at the Inner Healing Studio in Rushden.
