Yoga Foundation Course - Beginning February 19th 2023

This is an exciting NEW Course led by David and Gail Cosserat

Some topics covered on the course are:

How yoga is good for stress. Postures and their benefits.

Yoga for healing and self healing Breathing Patterns.

Energise and feel young again with yoga. Spinal alignment.

The power of positive thinking. Relaxing body and mind.

Chakras and the aura. Stillness         

GOOD  HEALTH is achieved when our energy levels are in a state of balance.   Yoga seeks this balance and the Foundation Course will help you to get so much more out of your yoga practice so that you, too, can discover this balance.

The Foundation Course is also preparation for those who would like to go on to the Yoga Teacher Training Diploma.   

This is a very practically based course with the emphasis on fun and friendship. David and Gail are both very experienced and inspirational teachers.  They bring humour and compassion to their teaching as well as a deep love of yoga.
