a) If you access and use our website, you accept and agree to our terms and conditions.

b) All products and services of the Inner Healing School of Yoga are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

c) We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions.

d) These Terms and Conditions should be read by you, along with any disclaimers. In the unlikely event of conflict these Terms and Conditions govern.

e) Classes are always subject to availability but The Inner Healing School of Yoga will always do its utmost to accommodate you in your chosen class or workshop. The number of spaces available is dependent upon the size of the venue at the time stated.

f) All bookings should be made in advance to guarantee your space. We cannot accept any bookings without payment. Booking here, on line is easy but please make sure that you have confirmation as e-mails can sometimes go astray.

g) Block bookings for Yoga Sessions have a duration of 7 weeks. A discount is given for the 7 block booking but for fewer sessions booked then there is no discount.

h) We regret that sessions cannot be transferred nor refunds given. The only exception is if you are booked onto a Diploma Course or Yoga Holiday and there is a medical reason with a Doctor's note saying why your attendance is not possible.

CLASSES:

a) Inner Healing School of Yoga reserves the right to alter and amend the timetable as required.

b) Attention is constantly paid to health and safety issues, and cautions and alternatives are always offered. Therefore, students are responsible for their own well-being.

c) All classes must be prepaid and all clients must agree to our 12 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling. This works very well if you know you are going to miss a class. As soon as you know you are going to miss a class then you can visit the website and cancel your place. This gives a fellow class member an opportunity to take that place. If you do not cancel and still miss the class then you will lose your catch up class because you will have prevented someone else from using that space. Missed classes can be made up within your block but cannot be carried over from one block to another. This is because there is a variety of Yoga sessions at different venues so attendance at one of them is always available.

d) So long as you have complied with the above then you will not be charged an administrative fee of £7 for the cancellation. Your credit will stay on your account to be used at a later date.

e) We regret that no refund or transfer can be given if you are unable to attend due to illness, work, family or other reason.

f) Once you have committed to a block booking of yoga sessions we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme.

g) If, because of illness or holidays, you have been unable to pre-book your Yoga Sessions then simply turn up early to see if there is a drop in space available.

h) Please note that telephone bookings are not possible.

DIPLOMA COURSES and YOGA HOLIDAYS:

a) When booking for a Diploma Course or a Yoga Holiday you secure your place by deposit which is non refundable.

b) Discounts are available if you pay in full or accept an early bird discount. Should you change your mind about the Diploma Course or Holiday then please note that refunds are only given for cancellations made 28 days before the beginning of the course or the start of the holiday. There will also be a £12 administrative fee on all refunds.

c) If the Inner Healing School of Yoga cancels a course then a full cash back refund will be given or the option to transfer to an alternative course.

PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT:

a) A refund can only be given for a product returned within 14 days of purchase in a saleable condition, still in its packaging and with a receipt.

b) If goods are found to be damaged or faulty, and are returned with a receipt, a full refund will be given.

a) It is very easy to book your Yoga Sessions, workshop, Diploma Course or Yoga Holiday on line. You will get a discount as a reward!

b) We require advanced payment at all times. The only exception is if you have been ill or on holiday and therefore unable to pre-book your sessions. Then you may choose to take the risk of dropping in to a Yoga Class by turning up early in the hope of a space becoming available.

c) So avoid disappointment. Simply follow the directions. Payment is easily made by Visa or Master Card.
